I’ve come to see a show, where do I go?
Our signposted Box Office space is to the left as you enter the bar area – here you can check in for the show if you already have a ticket, or buy a ticket if you don’t have one and want to see the show! Our signposted performance space is on the basement floor, down the stairs at the front of the venue.
When do doors to shows open?
Doors typically open at least 30 minutes before the start of a show, so you have plenty of time to grab a drink before it begins!
Where can I find a drinks list?
There’s a QR code on each table which takes you to our full drinks list when scanned. If you need a paper copy of our drinks list, there is one behind the bar.
Where are your toilets?
Our toilets are located at the back of the ground floor of the venue, with signage facing towards them. Our accessible toilet is also signposted.
Can I have some help to get down the stairs into the performance space?
We’re more than happy to help you! If you need any assistance on the steps or need any of our chairs in the bar moving for your ease, please ask a member of staff.
Are there any allergens I need to be aware of?
Our staff will be able to advise you on the allergens in our stocked items. We have gluten free drinks available. We do serve nuts and crisps which may contain allergens.
What should I do if I feel unwell?
There are first aid trained staff at the venue who will be able to assist you if you feel unwell during a show or whilst you are visiting the bar for a drink. Please let a member of staff know if you are not feeling well.
If the show I came to see has been cancelled, what should I do?
Please contact our Box Office to let them know you had ticket(s) to a cancelled show & they will refund your ticket(s). You can do this either by emailing them at tickets@bigdifferencecompany.co.uk or giving them a call on 0116 261 6812.
