Tickets and Booking Fees
Tickets for all public shows and events are available from the website. You can click on the “book tickets” link next to each show listing and add tickets to your basket.
In order to buy tickets from our website, you will need to create an account. Creating an account is easy and will only take a couple of minutes.
There is a standard £1.00 booking fee charged on all tickets to help pay for the Box Office. Booking fees may vary on some shows, as we need to align to the venue or promoter’s policy. Booking fees are never refundable.
When you book tickets through our website you will receive e-tickets which you will be able to download.

These are the details and arrangements for buying tickets via the main website. If you buy tickets from elsewhere, booking fees and arrangements may differ so please check with who you are buying tickets from.
Unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable as agreed at time of purchase. This is because the money from the tickets goes directly to the artists and therefore, we cannot approve refunds.
